Description

This class equips real estate professionals with the knowledge to identify, prevent, and respond to fraud in real estate transactions. Participants will learn about common scam types — including land fraud and wire transfer schemes — and the tactics criminals use to carry them out. The session covers practical warning signs, identity verification techniques, and steps to protect clients. Attendees will also learn the proper channels for reporting suspected fraud to law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Sponsored by Union Bank.
