This 2 day course fulfills 8 hours of post-licensure credits required for new licensees and is required for all new NVRA members. Both days are required. Schedule: Day One, June 11: • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Real Estate Regulation and Oversight in VT – 60 Minutes • 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Professionalism and Ethical Conduct in Real Estate – 60 Minutes • BREAK • 2:30 PM - 4 PM : VT Real Estate Law and Working with Attorneys – 90 Minutes Day Two, June 12 • 9 AM - 10 :30 AM: Mortgages 101 – 90 Minutes • 10:30 AM - 12 PM: Working with Buyers – 90 Minutes • 12 PM - 1:30 PM: Working with Sellers – 90 Minutes
