Rookie of the Year Nomination

The NVRA Rookie of the Year Award was established in 2005 to honor an individual new to the industry to demonstrates enthusiasm, leadership, and professionalism for their new career within their first two years of practice. For 2024, Rookie of the Year nominees must have entered real estate between calendar years 2022 and 2024. The qualifications for this award include: 

1. Individual has closed a minimum of 4 transactions if working independently and minimum of 6 transactions if working on a team. 

2. Exhibits enthusiasm for profession and high standards of professionalism; works well with broker and team leaders to meet requirements and expectations in new endeavors. 

3. Participation in NVRA activities and committees.

4. Indication of desire to grow professionally through educational opportunties over and beyond requirements for licensing.
