The NVRA REALTOR® of the Year award recognizes a member who embodies the ethos of the industry and has excelled in the profession in the past year. This individual will have a history of service and participation at NVRA and VAR and meet the following qualifications:

1. Demonstrated commitment to real estate industry through the highest caliber of service and professionalism to clients, affiliated service professionals, and colleagues.

2. Upholds the tenets of professionalism and ethical practice as outlined in the Code of Ethics.

3. Engagement in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, and business roundtables in their community representing the real estate industry.
