Thank you for your interest in REALTOR® Membership with the Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association. NVRA is the largest local REALTOR® association in Vermont, and we welcome you to our network of REALTORS® and affiliates.

NVRA has several different types of memberships available. Please read the following carefully, as your membership type does determine your access level.

Designated Broker: You hold a broker’s license and are the managing broker of your office.

REALTOR®: You hold a real estate salesperson license. If you are a brand new agent who has never joined an association before, this will be the membership type you select.

Secondary REALTOR®: Your primary membership is with another local association in Vermont, but you want access to NVRA's benefits and services.

Secondary REALTOR® Out-of-State: You were initially licensed in another state and want to retain primary membership with that association, but wish to do business in Vermont. You are required to join VAR as well.
