She transforms real estate agents through coaching and education to elevate their business plans and strategy. Wrenn is passionate about reducing industry burnout and increasing career retention rates. She founded "Beyond the Sale" from this passion, and provides resources to real estate professsionals that support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being as they build and maintain their career. As a regular contributor to the National Association of REALTORS®' magazine, she works to bring REALTOR® wellness to the forefront of the industry. Prior to getting her real estate license, Wrenn earned her Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University and began her career in marketing. Wrenn has been named a Rising Star by Five Star Professional and Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate by Chicago Agent Magazine.
