This 2 Hour CE Course will give REALTORS® an overview of the sustainability and energy goals for the state of Vermont and how they affect your clients, including information on utility incentives relevant to real estate. Please note: this course is required for all VT real estate licensees as of July 2023. Instructor Rich Gardner (Re/MAX North Professionals, Gardner Group) has a degree in Architectural Engineering and grew up building, designing and overseeing the construction of hundreds of residential homes with his family’s construction company.
