Mandatory Course for all VT real estate agents. Course includes recent disciplinary actions, legislation, and court cases, as well as hot topics relating to VT practice issues, and federal regulation of the real estate industry. Emphasis on new lead paint regulations per the VT Department of Health. Instructor RANDY MAYHEW is well known for excellence in real estate education. Over a span of 36 years, Mr. Mayhew has instructed thousands of real estate brokers and salesperson mostly in Vermont and New Hampshire. For more than two decades, Mr. Mayhew served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School assigned to instruct courses in real estate transactions and commercial law. To compliment his teaching experience, since 1979, Mr. Mayhew has carried on an active practice of law in his hometown of Woodstock, Vermont, concentrating in real estate transactions, administrative, and probate matters. In early 2006, the Randy Mayhew School of Real Estate (RMSOR) was created to serve the education needs of real estate professionals in both Vermont and New Hampshire.
