All licensed real estate agents are required to take the Vermont Mandatory Course ahead as part of license renewal requirements. This 4-hour course includes recent disciplinary actions, legislation, and court cases, as well as hot topics relating to VT practice issues, and federal regulation of the real estate industry.  Instructor: David Raphael

Registration includes course and very light snacks.
