This course is a deep dive into the 3 primary government loan products. Real estate agents will learn the requirements of FHA, USDA, & VA loan programs with special emphasis on property eligibility considerations. Whether showing a property to a potential buyer or reviewing with a seller an offer that utilizes one of these loan programs, attendees will leave the workshop armed with the knowledge needed to advise their clients with confidence! Lunch will be provided with the course. Course is sponsored by Fairway Mortgage. Instructor Brian Vaughan is a Loan Officer with and Co-Manager of Fairway Mortgage in Burlington. In addition to giving people money to buy homes, he presents a variety of real estate agent continuing education courses throughout VT.
