Eric Hoffman from the Vermont Housing Finance Agency will provide an overview of VHFA options for your clients. This offering will be via ZOOM, and participants will be emailed the link the day prior to the course.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course will help real estate professionals understand the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) affordable mortgage programs available to eligible Vermont homebuyers. This course will provide details about:
- VHFA programs, benefits and eligibility;
- How VHFA programs are structured to add special benefits Fannie, Freddie, RD, FHA, and VA loans;
- How VHFA partners with local participating lenders (banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies);
- Where to find more information about VHFA and other special programs to help homebuyers.
