This 1 Hour Course will provide REALTORS® with the information they need pertaining to financing some of the unique homes that exist throughout our state, due to both the inventory shortage forcing buyers to look at less conventional homes and a desire to live in a more green manner. Topics covered will include the most common inquiries seen in this housing marketing and the specific details necessary for a borrower to obtain financing. The course will explore the nuances of obtaining a mortgage for a unique property, and subsequently prioritize the details of such that would impact the purchase and sale of real estate.

Course is approved for 1 Hour of CE credit.
