Description

This 2 day course fulfills 5 of the 8 hours of post-licensure credits required for new licensees. It is required for all new NVRA members, and takes place over 2 mornings. DAY ONE – March 6 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM- REALTOR® Associations 101 (30 min) 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM- Pathways to Professionalism: The REALTOR® Difference (1 Hour) 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM - Working with Real Estate Attorneys (1 Hour) DAY TWO – March 7 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Vermont Real Estate Commission (30 minutes) 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM - Working with Buyers (1 hour, 15 min) 1 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM - Working with Sellers (1 hour, 15 min)
