New Agent Orientation - June 2024

Description

This 2 day course fulfills 6 of the 8 hours of post-licensure credits required for new licensees. It is required for all new NVRA members, and takes place over 2 mornings. 

DAY ONE – June 5

  • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM- REALTOR® Associations 101 (30 min) 
  • 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM- Pathways to Professionalism: The REALTOR® Difference (1 Hour) 
  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM - Working with Real Estate Attorneys (1 Hour) 

DAY TWO – June 6

  • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Vermont Real Estate Commission (30 minutes) 
  • 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM - Working with Buyers (1 hour, 15 min) 1
  • 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM - Working with Sellers (1 hour, 15 min)

NVRA courses are held in the upstairs classroom space. Please notify staff at least 48 hours in advance if you require mobility accommodations. Parking is available in the spaces closest to the NVRA building. Please do not park in front of the grey building (200 Commerce).
