This 2 day course fulfills 8 hours of post-licensure credits required for new licensees and is required for all new NVRA members. Both days are required. Schedule: Day One, Oct. 27: • 9 AM - 10 AM: Real Estate Regulation and Oversight in VT – 60 Minutes • 10 AM - 11 AM: Professionalism and Ethical Conduct in Real Estate – 60 Minutes • BREAK • 11:15 AM - 12:45 PM : VT Real Estate Law and Working with Attorneys – 90 Minutes Day Two, Oct. 28 • 9 AM - 10 :30 AM: Mortgages 101 – 90 Minutes • 10:30 AM - 12 PM: Working with Buyers – 90 Minutes • 12 PM - 1:30 PM: Working with Sellers – 90 Minutes
