Description
In today’s fast-paced real estate industry, the pressures of the market, client demands, and constant availability can take a toll on both professionals and clients. This course equips real estate agents with essential tools to navigate these challenges by building mental health literacy and practical strategies for resilience. Participants will explore the four pillars of mental health literacy, learn to recognize signs of stress and distress in clients, and strengthen their ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations. With an emphasis on trauma-informed approaches, de-escalation techniques, and maintaining professional boundaries, agents will walk away with skills to foster healthier, more respectful interactions in their work.
We are able to offer this course for free thanks to our sponsors: Peet Law Group and EastRise Credit Union!
